CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure that I can accommodate all clients, Southern Glow Wax Studio has the following policy: 1. Cancellations: Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance, or as soon as possible, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows the opportunity to accommodate other clients during that time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may result in a charge for 25% of the service cost. 2. No Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment and have not contacted me to cancel or reschedule, you will be charged 50% of the service cost. 3. Late Arrival: There is a 5 minute grace period for appointments under 30 minutes, for appointments 30 minutes and over there is a 10 minute grace period. If you arrive after the grace period, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid inconveniencing other clients. If you anticipate being late, please contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to reschedule your appointment for a later time. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us to provide the best service to all clients.
