CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that life happens and schedules can change. To ensure fairness and allow me to best accommodate all clients, the following policy applies: All cancellations, reschedules, and service changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments canceled, rescheduled, no-showed, or services removed with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a fee. • Last-minute cancellations or service removals: 25% of the scheduled service total • No-shows: 50% of the scheduled service total Late arrivals: A 5 minute grace period is provided for appointments under 30 minutes, and a 10 minute grace period for appointments 30 minutes or longer. Arriving after the grace period may require rescheduling and may be subject to applicable fees.
